Remez 38-40 is a refined residential project defined by contemporary architecture and timeless design.
The development comprises two 7-story boutique buildings, characterized by clean, minimalist lines and a sophisticated architectural language.

THE ARCHITECT
The architectural design of Remez 38-40 is led by Elisha Rubin Architects, one of Israel’s most established architectural firms, with more than 40 years of experience.
The firm’s portfolio includes numerous award-winning projects and innovative, forward-thinking works that have become landmarks of contemporary Israeli architecture.
Among them is the Suzanne Dellal Centre, a project for which the firm received the Israel Prize for Architecture.
The firm is particularly renowned for its prestigious residential projects throughout Tel Aviv, with a significant presence in the northern part of the city.
INTERIOR DESIGN
Internationally renowned interior designer Irma Orenstein has created the design concept for the shared spaces and entrance lobbies of Remez 38-40, meticulously conceived to the highest standards of quality, elegance and design.
Her distinguished portfolio includes luxury apartments, penthouses and boutique residential buildings in Israel and internationally.

THE CONTRACTOR
PHI Engineering & Construction, led by Avi Swivelzon, a graduate of the Technion’s Faculty of Civil Engineering and a second-generation civil engineer, specializes in the construction of prestigious residential projects and boutique buildings in North Tel Aviv.
Founded in 2006, the company has established a reputation for outstanding construction quality, precision and expertise in delivering complex, high-end projects.

THE SUPERVISOR
Eyal Sarig served as a fighter pilot in the Israeli Air Force, studied design at the Holon Institute of Technology and graduated with honors in Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
In 1999, driven by his passion for design and construction, he founded Eyal Sarig Ltd.
The company is a boutique firm specializing in the management and supervision of prestigious real estate projects, including private residences, luxury apartments and historic preservation buildings.
